AI and machine learning
Ragnerock
An agentic AI and machine learning platform with no marketing function when I arrived. I built it, and it grew into a team.

01 / Positioning
Moved the argument to the person who signs.
An infrastructure product gets pitched to engineers, and engineers don't hold the budget. I aimed the story at finance instead and rebuilt the sales one-pager around a question a CFO can't answer alone: is this project almost done, or just stuck?
02 / The argument
Turned the company's thinking into something publishable.
I worked with the founder on a CFO's guide to controlling AI infrastructure spend, and built everything around it: the cost model laid out so a finance team can check it, the diagrams, the document itself, and the campaign that launched it.
